Job summary

Laminar Projects seeks an L&D Specialist to own end-to-end learning projects, partnering with stakeholders to uncover real needs, design engaging experiences, pilot ideas, and refine based on feedback. You’ll maintain Thrive, manage content, and use data to improve outcomes.

You’ll also explore AI tools to speed up design and delivery without compromising quality. As part of a small, collaborative L&D team, you’ll gain broad experience, take on increasing responsibility, and have growth

Qualifications

2–4 years' experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching or consultancy.
A degree in Behavioural Science, Organisational Psychology or related field is a plus.
Strong ability to design learning experiences and measure impact.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define learning needs and craft effective solutions.
Design, test and refine learning experiences for real impact.
Maintain Thrive content, support users and monitor learning data.
Leverage AI to improve speed and quality of learning delivery.
Facilitate learning sessions and contribute to various L&D initiatives.
