MrQ, the award-winning online casino, is expanding its People Ops function with a payroll and systems automation lead. You’ll own the HRIS, design workflows, and build AI-driven automations to run payroll end-to-end across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• You've worked with HRIS platforms end-to-end.
• You've run payroll across multiple entities/jurisdictions.
• You use AI daily and measure automation impact.
• You own workflows and data quality with audit-ready records.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRIS: configuration, data integrity, workflows, and payroll integrations.
• Automate repetitive manual steps using workflows, integrations, and AI.
• Own the employee lifecycle data flow into payroll and HRIS.
• Manage end-to-end payroll across UK, Malta and Gibraltar with accuracy.
• Develop self-serve reporting on headcount, payroll costs, and attrition.
• Oversee compliance workflow, versioned policies, and audit trails.
