MrQ in the UK is seeking a hands-on People Ops automation expert to own the HRIS, payroll integration, and the employee lifecycle. You’ll design workflows, build AI-powered improvements, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems so payroll lands accurately every month.

This role emphasizes automating repetitive tasks, reducing manual work, and delivering self-serve reporting. You’ll partner with finance and external providers, uphold compliance, and push for a workspace where technology

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms configuring, integrating and fixing them.
• Hands-on payroll experience across multi-entity setups (UK, Malta, Gibraltar preferred).
• Proven ability to automate repetitive tasks using workflows and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRIS: configuration, data integrity, workflow design and payroll integrations.
• Automate manual, error-prone steps with workflows, integrations and AI.
• Own the employee lifecycle from joiners to leavers, with clean data across systems.
