Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

This is an opportunity to recruit the 1% of AI for the world's leading DeepTechs.

Join an incredible agency with one of the most impressive global client bases in the DeepTech, AI & Hedge Fund landscape.

Before R2R, I was an agency recruiter for 4 years in the Tech space, targeting Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and I was personally excited by the sale of this business, so I believe anyone in this market would be too.

You’ll be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the crème de la crème of the DeepTech world! Examples include:

• LLM/TTS startup since 5 months old, now worth >$3bil
• AI App-Builder from $0 to $30mil ARR in under 120 days

Although this will be a 360 position, their main challenge is not having enough staff to handle the workload, and they are looking for top recruiters to connect directly with the world's most impressive DeepTech companies to place the TOP 1% across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Now, the logistics of the role:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be 1 depending on the individual).
• Strong base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission begins at 25% flat, tiered up to 55% - earning potential is significant with an average fee of £40K-£60K, and the highest on record at £240K!
