Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Ideal candidates have experience in tech recruitment, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and are excited by the prospects in this market.

You will be working with clients who are leaders in the DeepTech industry, including companies like:

• LLM/TTS companies valued over $3 billion
• AI App-Builder startups reaching $30 million ARR in under 120 days

The role is a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days in the Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day)
• Competitive base salary (DOE)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K
