This is an opportunity to recruit the 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

Before R2R, I was an agency recruiter for 4 years in the Tech space, focusing on Robotics & Autonomous Systems. Even I was personally excited by the sale of this business, so I believe anyone operating in this market would be too.

You’ll be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of the DeepTech world! Examples include: 1) LLM/TTS, partnered since 5 months old, now worth >$3 billion; 2) AI App-Builder, grew from $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days; and many others.

Although this will be a 360-degree position, their main challenge is not having enough staff to handle the volume of jobs, and they are looking for top recruiters to connect directly with the most impressive DeepTech businesses worldwide to place the TOP 1% across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Now, about the logistics of the role:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be 1 depending on the individual).
• Strong base salary (DOE - Depends on Experience).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commissions start at 25% flat and tier up to 55%. The earning potential is significant, with average fees of £40K-60K, and the highest on record being £240K!
