Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems or similar fields.

The role involves working with top-tier clients in DeepTech, focusing on areas like Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Logistics of the role include:

• Ideally 2 days in the Canary Wharf office (flexible).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
