Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems.

You will be working with clients who are exclusively retained by the agency, including examples like:

• LLM/TTS company valued over $3 billion
• AI App-Builder achieving $30 million ARR in under 120 days

The role is a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning sectors.

Logistics:

• Ideally 2 days/week in Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day based on individual).
• Competitive base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%. Average fees range from £40K-£60K, with record fees up to £240K.
