Job summary

Burges Salmon LLP is seeking an AI Learning Specialist to help colleagues understand and adopt AI, automation and emerging technologies across the firm. You will translate technical concepts into practical, responsible ways of working that improve processes and client delivery.

You will design and deliver workshops, digital learning, coaching and toolkits, enabling teams to adopt new AI-enabled workflows while maintaining quality, privacy and ethics.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of AI and emerging technology, with ability to translate to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in learning design, digital adoption or capability building.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of data quality, privacy, risk and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI and emerging tech add value to roles, processes and workflows.
• Design and deliver workshops, digital learning, coaching and performance support.
• Translate technical concepts into practical guidance and scenarios for non-technical audiences.
• Measure engagement and adoption to improve AI enablement approaches.
