Job summary

Brunswick Group is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant to help colleagues across the firm use AI effectively, confidently and responsibly. You will identify where AI can add value, redesign workflows and build new ways of working, collaborating with Partners, Directors and teams globally.

You will design training, guidance and practical workflows, fostering adoption of Brunswick-developed tools and connecting user needs with product development. Travel to offices will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using generative AI in professional settings.
• Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations and applications.
• Ability to map workflows and identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex tech into practical guidance.
• Sound judgement on emerging tech, value and risk.
• Collaborative, curious, hands-on with ability to bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI can improve client and internal work and redesign workflows.
• Provide practical guidance on prompting, workflow design and use of approved AI tools.
• Design and deliver training, workshops and guidance for varying AI proficiency levels.
• Help colleagues understand AI capabilities, limitations and appropriate use.
• Share successful AI workflows, use cases and best practices across the firm.
• Build relationships with AI champions and gather user feedback to inform tools and priorities.
• Test emerging AI tools and assess business value, usability, risks.
• Collaborate with Brunswick's AI Lab to support adoption of tools.
• Travel to Brunswick offices to support teams and local adoption.
