Job summary

Burges Salmon is seeking an AI Learning Specialist to help colleagues understand and adopt AI, automation and emerging technologies. You will translate technical concepts into practical, role-relevant learning and enablement that improves processes and client delivery, working with Learning & Development, Innovation and Technology teams.

We value strong communication, coaching and collaboration as you shape how AI is adopted across the firm and ensure responsible use.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of AI and emerging technology, or the curiosity to develop this quickly.
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering or workflow automation.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Experience with learning design, digital adoption, technology enablement or capability building.
• Experience using AI-enabled or digital workplace tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI, automation and emerging technology could add meaningful value to roles, processes and workflows.
• Explore how colleagues work through discovery conversations, process mapping and hands-on experimentation.
• Translate technical concepts into practical learning for non-technical audiences.
• Design and deliver workshops, digital learning, coaching, toolkits and performance support.
• Facilitate discussions that help teams redesign workflows and adopt new approaches.
• Develop and share practical AI use cases, prompts and good practice.
• Support colleagues to review and apply AI-generated outputs safely and responsibly.
• Measure engagement and adoption to improve AI enablement approaches.
