Job summary

You will design using Articulate Rise and Storyline, leverage AI to accelerate development, and ensure LMS integration with SCORM/xAPI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and clear communication.
• Experience analyzing learning data metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, development and lifecycle of learning content.
• Create e-learning with Articulate Rise/Storyline across modalities.
• Leverage AI to accelerate design, media creation, localization and iteration.
• Integrate content with LMS and standards like SCORM/xAPI.
• Apply adult learning principles to diverse learner needs.
• Immerse in operational context to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and SMEs to gather requirements.
• Define and measure learning impact, iterating based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
