Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking a Learning Consultant to lead strategic leadership development and AI capability programs. You will diagnose organisational needs, shape leadership strategies, and deliver tailored learning interventions that measurably improve business performance.

You will also steer QA's AI portfolio, engage senior executives, and contribute to pre-sales and market positioning through thought leadership and collaboration with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting organisational diagnostics, capability assessments and learning needs analysis.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and implement AI solutions delivering business value.
• Experience designing AI, technology and leadership development programmes.
• Expertise creating tailored learning solutions that drive behavioural change.
• Advanced facilitation, coaching and consulting skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Learning Consultancy: assess needs and design Data/AI solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Leadership Solution Design: deliver AI programmes, academies, workshops and blended experiences.
• Portfolio Ownership & Proposition Development: evolve QA's AI portfolio with market insight.
• Thought Leadership: contribute to industry discussions and market-facing content.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: build trusted relationships with executive sponsors.
• Business Development & Commercial Contribution: support bids and client solution design.
• Learning Delivery Excellence: deliver learning experiences across delivery environments.
• Mentoring & Capability Building: coach Principal/Senior Learning Specialists.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: drive innovative learning and AI development methods.
• Professional Development: maintain deep expertise in AI/data science and future workforce trends.
