Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Learning practitioner to join its Learning offering within the Talent Reinvention team. You will help design AI-skilling programmes and enterprise learning solutions for CHROs, CLOs and business leaders.

We are not a traditional L&D function; this growth-focused team builds AI-enabled capability and learning platforms, partnering with LearnVantage, Udacity and Accenture's global network to deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Consulting mindset and client-facing communication.
• Exposure to learning, workforce transformation or HR advisory roles.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its practical applications in learning.
• Ability to articulate how learning programs change behaviour and drive completions.
• Strong presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to spend time onsite with clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end client engagements across learning and workforce transformation.
• Design enterprise AI skilling programmes and learning journeys.
• Support skills gap analysis and link learning to business outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise skilling architectures with content, platforms and data.
• Work with LXPs and AI learning tools.
• Support proposals and business development.
• Collaborate with LearnVantage, Udacity and Accenture's global learning network.
