• Experience in helping people adopt new systems, tools or ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation into existing business processes.
• Support the adoption of generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Design and deliver engaging workshops, coaching sessions and practical learning resources.
• Help colleagues develop prompting techniques and understand capabilities of AI.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop practical AI use cases.
• Encourage responsible AI adoption with focus on data privacy and security.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve learning and engagement.
• Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and their business applications.
