Job summary

Metro is seeking an AI Governance & Copilot Platform Lead to establish governance, controls and strategic direction for scaling AI across the business. You will own governance processes, risk management and compliance with Microsoft AI technologies.

You will collaborate with IT, Security and Compliance to align with GDPR, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials, ensuring responsible AI adoption across a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience developing governance frameworks, policies and technology controls.
• Knowledge of enterprise-scale AI adoption programmes.

Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining our AI governance framework.
• Managing AI risk, compliance and responsible AI practices.
• Overseeing AI Agent and Copilot deployments throughout their lifecycle.
• Advising leadership on Microsoft's evolving AI roadmap and strategic opportunities.
