The role centers on bridging rapid ML innovation with operational trust, delivering AI guardrails, risk appraisals, and governance across product, data science, security, and legal teams in highly regulated environments. You will shape policy, implement telemetry, and ensure alignment with global regulations.

Responsibilities

• Architect Enterprise AI Guardrails: design, implement, and continuously enhance end-to-end AI assurance frameworks.
• Execute Advanced Risk Appraisals: lead formal AI risk, impact, and control assessments.
• Embed First-Line Governance: standardize risk management workflows into the ML lifecycle.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Trust: bridge product, data science, cybersecurity, legal and compliance.
• Enforce Runtime Performance & Telemetry: define telemetry, drift detection, incident management, and post-deployment validation.
