Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Copilot Strategy & Governance Consultant to set the strategic direction for Microsoft Copilot in the workplace and define governance models that enable safe scale. You will integrate technology strategy, operating model design and AI governance to translate a fast-moving Copilot roadmap into trusted decisions for senior leaders.

You will lead governance workstreams, shape the licensing to operate, and help grow the Copilot portfolio while coaching colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience shaping AI governance and operating models.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements.
• Strong communication with senior leaders on governance risk.

Responsibilities

• Define governance and licence to operate for Copilot in workplace.
• Shape Copilot strategy across Microsoft Copilot portfolio with security/Data alignment.
• Own delivery excellence on governance workstreams and risk de‑risks.
• Grow the Copilot portfolio and client relationships, mentoring peers.
