Job summary

Core UK is building a dedicated AI capability focused on Microsoft Copilot. We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to drive customer transformation using Microsoft AI technologies and to design and deliver AI solutions that deliver real business value.

The role involves leading AI discovery workshops, representing us at events and webinars, building demos and proof-of-value sessions, and guiding organisations through AI-driven transformation across Copilot, M365 AI, Azure AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI stack (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI).
• Experience in pre‑sales, consultancy, solutioning or architecture.
• Experience delivering workshops, demos and proof‑of‑value engagements for wider audience.
• Comfort presenting on stage, on camera and in high‑stakes customer sessions.
• Ability to challenge customer assumptions respectfully but assertively.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery workshops and shape business outcomes.
• Build tailored demos, proof‑of‑value engagements and solution concepts.
• Collaborate with Microsoft on roadmap alignment and go‑to‑market programs.
• Produce tenders, proposals, SoWs, cost models and licensing guidance.
• Develop adoption pathways, governance models and business change guidance.
• Deliver paid consulting engagements – training, advisory and implementation planning.
• Translate business challenges into AI-powered outcomes and ROI.
• Evangelise Microsoft AI at events, webinars, customer showcases and online.
