Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced AI Forward Deployed Engineer in Northern Ireland to design and deliver AI solutions for insurance sector clients. You will work hands-on in software engineering, AI development and customer-facing consultancy, rapidly prototyping ideas and taking ownership across the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software engineering and AI engineering.
• Proven ability to build and deploy production-grade software.
• Practical knowledge of AI, ML, generative AI or intelligent automation.
• Rapid prototyping with end-user feedback.
• Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• APIs, integrations, data and analytics work.
• Translate customer requirements into working software.
• Experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Insurance/InsurTech domain experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI solutions for organisations across the insurance sector.
• Work closely with customers to understand complex challenges and translate them into production-ready software.
• Prototype ideas rapidly and take ownership through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cloud/data/AI teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
