Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI engineering or software engineering.
• Proficient in Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript with ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with RAG and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI architectures and data pipelines.
• Security, governance, and compliance awareness from a development perspective.
• Proven mentoring and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Design advanced solutions including automation, RAG, and LLM-based workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Provide guidance on AI architecture, tooling, and technology direction.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with governance standards.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimise AI systems.
• Mentor and develop a small team of engineers while promoting best practices.
