Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with our banking industry-facing clients. You will rapidly prototype, build, and ship production-grade AI solutions tailored to real-world financial services environments and system constraints.

You will work hands-on developing solutions, collaborating with client teams, applying AI/ML techniques, and driving end-to-end delivery while mentoring others and feeding learnings back to core engineering.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in software engineering, solution architecture, or customer engineering.
• Banking/financial services domain experience (retail/commercial banking, payments, fraud prevention, AML/KYC, risk).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and responsible AI in regulated environments (model governance, explainability, data lineage).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting capabilities to thrive in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Development: Design, build, and deploy production software solutions quickly.
• Client Collaboration: Embed with customer teams and lead discovery, translate needs into designs.
• AI & Integration: Apply AI/ML concepts within enterprise cloud/data constraints.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships and provide technical guidance.
• Continuous Improvement: Feed learnings back to engineering and create reusable assets.
