Job summary

Anson McCade is recruiting Insurance Architects at Consultant and Associate Manager levels to join a specialist Architecture team in the UK. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into practical technology and architecture solutions across General Insurance, Life, Pensions and Investments, and London Markets.

The role focuses on cloud transformation, digital underwriting, AI and GenAI adoption, data transformation and large-scale platform modernisation,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in technology, ideally within Financial Services or Insurance.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technology solutions.
• Experience across data, cloud, and security domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver enterprise and solution architecture across complex client engagements.
• Develop current-state and target-state architectures, roadmaps and transition plans.
• Design integration patterns, capability maps and architecture artefacts.
• Collaborate across applications, data, AI, cloud and cyber security domains.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to expanding the architecture capability.
