Purple is seeking a Growth Director to lead global new business sales for Engage and our AI products to marketing leaders. This senior, quota-carrying role focuses on mid-market and enterprise accounts, opening conversations with CMOs and marketing leaders, running consultative cycles, and closing new business.

You will work with Product and Marketing as the platform matures and helps shape go-to-market strategy. This is a hybrid, remote/office role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SaaS sales, including at least 4 years selling marketing technology to marketing teams.
• Experience speaking the language of marketing: audiences, campaigns, retention, and value from spend.

Responsibilities

• Own a senior new business quota globally, selling to CMOs and marketing leaders.
• Build and close your own pipeline from first conversation to contract.
• Run consultative sales cycles grounded in customer goals for acquisition and retention.
• Land and expand: grow usage and bring more teams onto the platform.
• Position paid media alongside owned channels where it fits the customer plan.
