Job summary

Credit Technologies in the United Kingdom seeks a hands-on Head of Product to own the product function and customer experience, setting direction and roadmaps for AI-driven propositions like Credit Angel and MoneyGuru.

You will lead discovery, requirements, delivery, and performance, collaborating closely with the CTO, MD and engineering to ensure commercial success and strong customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management with ownership of strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in consumer fintech, lending, credit markets, or related digital financial products.
• Experience leading product workstreams or cross-functional programmes.
• Proven track record launching customer-facing digital products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to align product and engineering teams around clear priorities and requirements.
• Hands-on with AI-enabled products and conversations, including guardrails and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision, strategy and prioritised roadmap across the company.
• Translate objectives and customer needs into clear product outcomes and delivery priorities.
• Lead and develop the product function with clear roles and governance.
• Establish a consistent product operating model covering discovery, validation, delivery and optimisation.
• Act as senior product counterpart to CTO and engineering to align roadmaps and outcomes.
• Drive AI-enabled product development across MoneyGuru, Credit Angel and future propositions.
