Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a Technical Enablement Engineer who operates AI-first by default, building prompts, agent workflows, and knowledge systems to enable enterprise-scale onboarding and training. You’ll be the go-to expert for Fortune 100 onboarding, demos, and training, backed by AI agents you design and direct.

This role is not a traditional enablement seat: you architect the system; the system does the production.

Qualifications

3+ years in enterprise community engagement or social media management platforms.
Proven customer-facing experience with live demos, trainings, or onboarding for enterprise buyers.
Ability to verify AI-produced deliverables against the live product with rigor.
Strong product sense and ability to deliver polished, audience-appropriate work.
Fluency with frontier AI and selecting models/tools for tasks.
Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving and blocks-as-puzzles.

Responsibilities

Onboard enterprise customers onto community engagement and social management products.
Deliver and prepare product demos for clients, prospects, and executives.
Own documentation and training across the product family, keeping content current.
Design and improve the AI-native system: prompts, skills, context, KBs, feedback loops.
Turn customer signals into self-serve resources and actionable product feedback.
Maintain demo-ready environments, data sets, and storylines across the product family.
Provide structured async updates: daily logs and weekly goal reports with demos.
