Job summary

JustPark is seeking a high-autonomy, generalist engineer to build internal AI-enabled agents and tools. You’ll map processes, prioritise improvements, and ship working solutions across commercial, marketing, finance, operations, and support teams.

You’ll work with Claude Code to develop workflows, APIs, and interfaces, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data to scale AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Experience across commercial, ops, support, marketing.
• Experience using Codex/Claude Code or similar to ship solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for AI enablement and develop a framework to prioritise them.
• Document processes and build AI agents/tools to automate workflows.
• Build new tools using Claude Code to replace gaps in processes.
• Upskill internal teams to use AI for solving problems.
• Develop metrics to track value of AI solutions.
