Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong Python skills, including async code and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience building at least one LLM agent or tool-using app.
• Ability to prototype rapidly and iterate on ideas quickly.
• Experience with LLM APIs and tool calling.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Git.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn a new domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM agents that plan multi-step tasks and call tools.
• Rapidly prototype new agent ideas and iterate based on feedback.
• Define tool interfaces and connect agents to internal services.
• Build retrieval (RAG) with embeddings, vector search and citations.
• Write system prompts, tool descriptions and guardrails.
• Contribute to multi-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Run and monitor agents (AgentOps) in production.
• Instrument agent tracing for inspectability and replayability.
• Track quality, latency, and costs in dashboards.
