Nearform is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer based in the UK to architect and deploy agentic AI platforms across client environments. You will design scalable, AI-driven solutions that operationalise LLM-powered agents and integrate with enterprise data sources, tools, and cloud services.

The role requires frequent travel to Europe and a collaborative, fast-paced delivery mindset. You will work with LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen to orchestrate multi-agent workflows, deploy Kubernetes

Qualifications

• Senior Engineer with 8+ years of commercial experience.
• Experience designing agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Architect LLM orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Implement multi-agent systems with tool use, workflow orchestration, memory and decision-making.
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate agentic platforms with client systems including APIs, data platforms, cloud services and enterprise apps.
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads.
• Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams; strong consulting experience is essential.
