Job summary

Allianz Technology in the United Kingdom seeks an AI Engagement Manager to act as the delivery interface between our AI Factory and Allianz Operating Entities. You will translate OE pain points into funded engagements, shape demand, and steer multiple AI projects in parallel.

You will partner with HoITs, Account Managers, and service teams to build charters, roadmaps, and business cases, ensuring value and timely delivery across organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in steering IT delivery or IT programs.
• Able to translate business problems into delivered software in large, matrix orgs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary AI delivery interface for assigned OEs and shape demand.
• Qualify and shape pain points into deliverable charters, roadmaps, and business cases; convert to funded engagements.
• Orchestrate multiple AI Factory engagements in parallel, reuse learnings and assets across OEs.
• Ensure AI Factory capabilities are visible early via workshops, valueHyp mapping, and reuse assessments.
• Define deliverables and milestones; manage scope to protect value, timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on backlog, plan, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage stakeholder communications across OE leadership and service owners.
