This business-facing role works directly with stakeholders to understand current ways of working, translate opportunities into safe, measurable AI-enabled solutions and apply structured prompt engineering, automation and approved platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to translate challenges into clear AI-enabled opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and reusable patterns.
• Understanding of governance, risk and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape and deliver practical business process improvements across prioritised areas.
• Work with stakeholders to translate opportunities into safe, measurable AI-enabled solutions.
• Apply structured prompt engineering, reusable prompts and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, Knowledge Management, Risk and Compliance to shape usable solutions.
• Ensure proposed improvements fit day-to-day working practices and governance requirements.
