RedRock Resourcing has partnered with a prestigious UK law firm to recruit Specialists in AI Enablement within the Learning & Development team. The role focuses on coaching colleagues to adopt AI tools and to embed responsible, effective AI usage across the organisation.

You will work across learning, technology and business teams to identify AI opportunities, design practical use cases, and deliver engaging workshops that build capability and confidence in AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• A background in learning and development, digital adoption, and business process improvement.
• Experience designing or delivering training, workshops, coaching or other capability-building activities.
• A passion for AI, with an understanding of how it can be applied in a professional/legal environment.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (such a Copilot) and an interest in exploring their capabilities, including prompt engineering and practical use cases.
• The ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, solve problems and introduce more effective ways of working.
• An understanding of responsible AI use, including data privacy, accuracy and the importance of reviewing AI-generated outputs.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the enablement and adoption of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, and Wexler.
• Exploring existing workflows and helping develop practical AI-enabled approaches to everyday tasks.
• Developing use cases, prompts and guidance to help colleagues make effective use of AI tools.
• Designing and delivering engaging workshops, coaching sessions and learning resources to build AI capability.
• Helping colleagues understand how to use AI effectively, evaluate outputs and apply responsible working practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to explore new ideas and encourage experimentation.
• Keeping up to date with developments in AI and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.
