Job summary

Accenture Song in London is seeking an Experience Designer to shape AI-enabled customer service experiences across the full design lifecycle, from research to prototyping and delivery on complex transformation programmes.

You will own workstreams in AI experience design, design AI-augmented journeys, translate insights into blueprints, and collaborate with technologists, data scientists and product leads to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in service design, UX design or product design across the full design lifecycle.
• Demonstrated user-centric approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, consulting environment with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI-enabled service transformations from research to prototyping and delivery.
• Design AI-augmented customer service journeys including chatbots and intelligent workflows.
• Translate insights into service blueprints, user flows, wireframes and design systems.
• Use generative technology to create proofs, accelerate discovery and testing.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients, stakeholders and users.
