Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build reusable AI workflows and agents across research, strategy and design.
• Turn customer data and insights into opportunities for new experiences.
• Create AI-enabled CX outputs from journeys to concepts and wireframes.
• Rapidly prototype new experiences for client-ready journeys and services.
• Design for human and AI behavior, shaping discovery and interaction.
• Rethink customer journeys for an AI-first world as technology evolves.
• Share learnings and help teams adopt best-practice AI approaches.
