Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an Experience Designer to shape AI-enabled customer service experiences across the full design lifecycle. You will work on complex transformation programmes, translating research into blueprints, flows and interactive prototypes.

The role emphasizes human-centered design, collaboration with technologists and data scientists, and practical AI integration into service journeys. On-site collaboration with clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Service Design, UX Design or related field.
• Experience across the end-to-end design process from research through launch.
• Strong mindset: curiosity, care for users, and willingness to work at the intersection of human-centered design and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams within AI experience design projects from research to prototyping and delivery.
• Design AI-augmented customer service journeys (chatbots, copilots, intelligent workflows).
• Create service blueprints, user flows, wireframes and design systems for scalable implementation.
• Prototype service solutions from low- to high-fidelity and test with users.
