Job summary
Leadout Capital is seeking a Migration Delivery Lead in the United Kingdom to oversee complex customer migrations from kickoff through go-live. You will act as the primary technical and strategic contact for your migration pod, coordinating with GDC engineering partners and driving measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures.
In this role, you will bridge legacy environments with future-state platforms, accelerating timelines with automated playbooks and AI-assisted tooling,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
- Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud or Tableau.
- Experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC).
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or related clouds.
- Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools in data mapping or automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration engagements from kickoff to go-live.
- Align migration goals with customer business strategy and renewal plans.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and execute focused delivery plans with milestones.
- Coordinate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for transitions.
