Cirium is seeking a Migration Manager in the UK to guide customers through complex migrations, coordinating cross-functional teams and building scalable, AI-enabled processes. You will drive operational excellence and time-to-value while ensuring a smooth customer journey from onboarding to completion.

You'll work at the intersection of customer success, delivery, and transformation, shaping a new capability that improves outcomes and efficiency for diverse aviation industry clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer onboarding, implementations, migrations or complex projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Experience improving operational processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation platforms.
• Understanding of AI agent architectures and related technologies.
• Experience building scalable operating models.

Responsabilités

• Support customers through key migration moments, including onboarding, migrations and service change.
• Own and coordinate customer migrations end-to-end, driving progress against plans, milestones and timelines, and proactively addressing risks or blockers.
• Partner across Product, Technology, Data, Sales, Marketing and Support to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
• Build scalable, customer-led processes and take a pragmatic approach to leveraging AI, agents and automation from day one.
• Help shape and grow a new capability focused on improving customer experience, operational excellence, and time-to-value.
