Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Migration Delivery Lead to drive complex customer migrations from kickoff to go-live. You will serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for your migration pod, coordinating with GDC engineering partners to ensure measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
• Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models (GDC) to accelerate project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements - owning technical delivery, project health, and successful go-live outcomes.
• Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with customers' broader business strategy, renewal, and expansion objectives.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, translating migration challenges into actionable decisions.
• Develop and execute focused delivery plans with high-impact milestones and pod-level timelines.
• Facilitate enablement sessions to ensure customer teams are prepared for platform transitions.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion.
• Collaborate with GDC partners and Product teams to translate field insights into product improvements.
• Identify underutilized platform capabilities and weave them into migration roadmaps to increase throughput.
• Act as the technical point of contact during major migration incidents - coordinating with Engineering and Product.
• Monitor trends and provide release recommendations to optimize performance and stability.
