Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Migration Delivery Lead in the United Kingdom to guide complex customer migrations from kickoff to go-live. You will be the primary technical and strategic contact for your migration pod, coordinating with the Global Delivery Center and ensuring value delivery as customers move to modern cloud architectures.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in professional services, customer success, or technical consulting in large-scale migrations.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
- Ability to translate complex architectures into business terms and guide data transformations.
- Experience with global or offshore delivery models (GDC).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements through go-live.
- Coordinate with account teams to align migration goals with renewals and expansions.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, translating migration challenges into decisions.
- Develop focused delivery plans with milestone-driven timelines.
- Collaborate with GDC partners and Product teams to improve tooling.
