Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Migration Delivery Lead in the UK to drive complex customer migrations from kickoff through go-live.

You will serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for your migration pod – building trust with customers, coordinating with our Global Delivery Center engineering partners, and ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with large-scale migrations.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex architectures to business language and guide data transformations.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds.
• Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools for data mapping and automation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end customer migration engagements – owning technical delivery, health, and go-live outcomes.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and align migration goals with broader strategy.
• Develop and execute focused delivery plans with milestone-based timelines.
• Facilitate enablement and alignment sessions for platform transitions.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and tooling to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion.
