Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Migration Delivery Lead to guide complex migration engagements from kickoff to go-live.

You will be the primary technical and strategic contact for your migration pod, coordinating with the Global Delivery Center engineering partners and ensuring each engagement delivers measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures. You will operate at the intersection of customer relationship management and hands-on technical execution, translating challenges

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
Experience leading multi-million dollar transformation engagements.
Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
Ability to translate complex technical architectures into business language for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration engagements and drive go-live outcomes.
Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with business strategy.
Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, translating challenges into decisions.
Develop and execute delivery plans with high-impact milestones and pod-level timelines.
