Job summary

Pictet Group in London is seeking an experienced Change Enablement professional to lead adoption of AI-enabled selling and sales enablement initiatives within Distribution Enablement. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology and Operations to drive practical improvements and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in change, sales enablement, transformation or training roles in financial services.
• Proven experience rolling out new tools and processes across dispersed sales teams.
• Bonus if familiar with generative AI and agentic AI.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with CRM, data and AI workflows; quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI-enabled ways of working to adoption across markets.
• Plan and deliver communications and trainings for Sales and Marketing.
• Bridge between markets, users and central delivery teams.
• Design coaching and adoption programmes; build a network of champions.
• Define scale of commercial practices across opportunity management and client intelligence.
