Job summary

Pictet Group, London/Geneva-based, is seeking a Distribution Change & Adoption Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on enabling AI-enabled ways of working across Sales and Marketing, delivering training and adoption programs, and ensuring alignment between markets and central delivery teams.

You will plan communications, gather feedback, and drive adoption of new tools and data-driven practices, with regular travel between London and Geneva.

Qualifications

• Experience in change, sales enablement, training or adoption roles.
• Experience leading adoption of new tools, insights and business processes across dispersed teams.
• Bonus points for experience with generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI-enabled ways of working and adoption across Sales/Marketing.
• Plan and deliver communications to Sales and Marketing on change initiatives.
• Bridge between markets, users and central delivery teams; gather feedback and resolve issues.
• Design and deliver training and adoption programmes; build a network of champions.
• Define and scale commercial practices across opportunity management, client intelligence and AI-enabled selling.
