Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a Tolley specialist, seeks a Tax Engineer to shape AI-enabled tax workflows for professional services firms and in-house teams. You will engage tax practitioners and partners, design workflows, and launch scalable AI-driven processes that improve accuracy and speed.

The role focuses on leveraging tax expertise with customer collaboration, delivering measurable value, and expanding adoption across teams and tax disciplines.

Qualifications

• Professional tax or accounting qualification and 3+ years PQE.
• Deep understanding of tax processes and workflows across tax disciplines.
• Experience working with customers or senior stakeholders to drive engagement or change.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and expansion of AI-enabled tax workflows across customer organisations.
• Own workflow adoption targets including activation, deployment and ongoing usage.
• Lead workflow discovery, design sessions and identify where AI and automation improve tax work.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Capture and share best practices and reusable workflow patterns across teams.
