Job summary

TradingView is seeking a highly analytical Strategy & Operations professional to join the CEO/COO Office. You will own problems end-to-end, dive deep into data, and drive solutions that improve cost efficiency, vendor economics, payments, and financial processes.

You will work with Finance, Product, Engineering and other teams, using Claude and other AI tools to build scalable workflows and automation. Ideal candidates bring top-tier consulting experience or a strong analytical background in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytical, highly structured environment (e.g., top-tier strategy consulting or a high-growth tech company).
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with messy or incomplete data.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear hypotheses, analyses and actions.
• Dive into data and processes to identify root causes rather than symptoms.
• Quantify financial and operational impact and assess potential solutions.
• Run deep dives across vendor spend, payments, banking, data subscriptions, processes and internal operations.
• Build practical models, analyses and decision-support tools from incomplete data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering to implement improvements and drive decisions.
• Develop recommendations and drive execution with senior leadership.
• Use Claude and AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and execution.
