Thought Machine is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy Team. You will translate long-term vision into measurable execution and partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to manage planning and reporting.

You will drive data-driven insights, build reporting frameworks, and support AI-enabled workflows across the business in a fast-paced tech environment. A strong background in strategy consulting or business operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced environment with top-tier strategy consulting or high-growth tech operations.
• Structured problem solving with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executive audiences.
• Highly organised self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning cycle and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance to review and refine company-wide metrics.
• Support AI-enabled workflows to improve data gathering and planning.
• Perform foundational strategy work including market analyses and business cases.
• Build and interrogate company metrics and reporting frameworks.
