Job summary

Lendable is hiring a Strategy Analytics Manager or Senior Manager to own the analytics function for the Operations department. You will act as the COO’s go-to analytical partner, reporting to the CRO, combining strategic judgement with hands-on delivery in SQL and Python.

You will set the direction and priorities of the Operations analytics function, develop the team and create an effective operating model across Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Science and Operations alongside directors

Qualifications

• Very strong SQL and Python required.
• Experience with APIs and data integration.
• Advanced Excel and strong 80/20 analytical judgement.
• Understanding semantic data models and analytics engineering.
• Basic statistics, experimentation and causal measurement.
• Knowledge of data science, automation and LLM principles.
• dbt experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own Operations MI, KPI and customer-outcome metrics.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, friction and inefficient workflows.
• Support forecasting, capacity and headcount decisions.
• Define hypotheses, baselines and success measures.
• Lead automation, AI and measurement initiatives.
