Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Head of Strategy Execution to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes across Strategy, Finance, EPMO, Delivery, Technology and business teams. The role focuses on AI-enabled change, removing barriers and ensuring investments deliver tangible benefits.

You will translate priorities into executable plans and drive delivery excellence, partnering with finance and leadership to realise customer, commercial and operational value. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale strategic delivery programmes in a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial sense with a track record of measurable outcomes.
• Experience working across strategy, finance, technology and operations to drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, measurable outcomes and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure initiatives deliver the greatest customer and commercial value.
• Partner with Finance to define, track and validate benefits; deliver expected outcomes.
• Work with EPMO to ensure governance and on-track delivery.
• Help leaders navigate trade-offs and accelerate delivery when needed.
• Lead AI adoption and scaling, prioritising use cases that improve customer experience and productivity.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data and business teams to embed solutions into day-to-day operations.
• Promote a test-and-learn culture to turn pilots into measurable impact.
• Build engagement and confidence in AI-enabled change across the organisation.
