Job summary

TechWolf, the #1 AI and data layer for workforce transformation, is seeking a Solution Consultant in London to join a fast-growing scale-up. You will be the technical expert guiding sales cycles and translating client needs into tailored solutions.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Professional Services to run discovery, manage RFPs/RFIs, and help clients become a skills-based organisation. Hybrid work with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in pre-sales and/or implementation of SaaS technologies.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have experience with solution discovery, open-ended questioning and client needs alignment.
• You have SaaS/HR tech or data products exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth technical discussions with HR technology experts and build credibility with potential clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor guiding customers to become a skills-based organisation and unlock data value.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to translate goals into tailored TechWolf solutions.
• Lead management of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring clear communication of TechWolf capabilities.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner for customer success.
• Collaborate with Product to align requirements, market trends, and roadmap.
• Craft and deliver tailored propositions and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success for a smooth transition post-sale.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of the pre-sales process with new ideas.
