Job summary

Computappoint is seeking a Service Manager for a nationally significant AI-powered platform used across the rail industry. Based in Central London with hybrid working 1-2 days onsite, you will own day-to-day service operations and drive improvements with frontline users.

The role requires ITIL expertise, stakeholder management and strong communication to coordinate suppliers and internal teams, manage incidents and changes, and ensure smooth onboarding of new organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Management, Service Delivery or IT Operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience managing suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Owning day-to-day service operations and performance.
• Managing incidents, problems and service requests.
• Coordinating suppliers, support teams and key stakeholders.
• Driving service improvements and user adoption.
• Supporting onboarding of new organisations and users.
• Managing service reporting, governance and operational reviews.
• Supporting service changes, releases and operational readiness.
